1. Confidentiality & NDA
King of Digital Marketing (Unit of Devweboic Techsolutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.) maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, passwords, marketing accounts, customer records, and proprietary strategies.
2. Scope of Work (SOW)
Project scope is strictly bound to the written Requirement Analysis Document and finalized proposal. Any extra features, out-of-scope tasks, or design changes requested thereafter will be quoted separately.
3. Timely Data Submission
The Client agrees to submit all necessary brand assets, text copy, images, product data, and account access in a timely manner. Delays in data submission will adjust overall delivery timelines accordingly.
4. Payments & Suspension
Payments are due per agreed milestone dates. Overdue balances exceeding 10 days will result in temporary project suspension. Work will resume upon full settlement at prevailing agency rates.
5. Project Duration & Schedules
Execution roadmaps and delivery milestones are established based on initial requirement analysis. Schedules are subject to proportional adjustment for scope revisions or third-party delays.
6. Admin Access & Creative Reviews
Clients agree to grant necessary administrative access to ad managers, hosting panels, and social channels. Creative social and ad designs include up to 2 structured revision rounds per asset.
