By engaging our agency, subscribing to service retainers, or approving campaign quotes, clients agree to comply with these terms of service. These guidelines ensure mutual transparency, define clear project boundaries, protect intellectual property, and safeguard client-agency communications.

1. Confidentiality
King of Digital Marketing (Unit of Devweboic Techsolutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.) promises to keep customer information strictly confidential.
2. Scope of Project
Project scope is limited to the Requirement Analysis Document. Only requirements that are specifically written will be considered as requirements. Minor features/points will be considered within project scope upon mutual review.
3. Delay in Data Submission
Customer agrees to submit all data required for the project in a timely manner as per project schedule. Delay in data submission may cause overall project schedule delays.
4. Payment & Suspension
Delay more than 10 days beyond the payment due date will lead to project suspension. Work will resume upon settlement. Remaining work shall be carried out with revised pricing prevailing at resumption.
5. Duration & Project Plan
Project plans and schedules are prepared based upon initial requirement analysis. Schedules are subject to change due to requirement changes, additional revisions, or data delays.
6. Admin Access & Creatives
Customers agree to provide required access, text, and images to display during advertising. Creatives for social media will be finalized after 2 approval revisions maximum.
